Pinguin in Buchholz

Otherwise always good. Ordered four seasons pizza from Pinguin for the first time. Each ingredient was made on the whole pizza and not divided into four parts as is normally the case with Four Seasons. Called and complained, but it was only discussed that it is so right.

Today we ordered 1x pizza with spinach and hollandaise sauce and pizza rolls. A margarita with hollandaise sauce was delivered, the pizza rolls were burnt. The supplier came WITHOUT a mask ..... nowadays. He didn't give us an invoice either. Even after an immediate call that the spinach was missing, they only said that I had ordered a margarita with sauce. Of course, I had to pay for the spinach that wasn't available. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!

I've been ordering from this delivery service for 5 years and I've been satisfied until today (great taste!). Unfortunately it happened today that my friend had a piece of metal in his meal. Something like that mustn't happen! You can seriously injure yourself from it and we are more than shocked / angry!

Although 20 minutes later than stated, it is understandable that there is a lot going on on Friday evening. Driver was very friendly. Very tasty burgers and fries for the price. The drink was nice and cold. We would order again at any time.

Was the last time today! Waited over 1.5 hours for a burger, garlic bread and mozarella sticks ..... then the driver arrives here and gives me cold food! The cardboard is inedible! Unfortunately, there have often been longer waiting times, but pizza was always ok, but today the barrel overflowed! So I definitely do not recommend this shop!

A great service, we have ordered more often and the pizza is really great. Very fast delivery I can recommend it again and again. Keep it up.
